About the Role

Qlay Technologies, Inc. is a global technology solutions provider with offices located in San Francisco and Tokyo. We are seeking to hire a Senior Full-Stack Software Developer to join our global team.

Expectation for the Role

As a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer, your responsibility will be:

• Work with stakeholders to figure out what the product should be and collaborate with the rest of the team on building and iterating on our product.
• Work on and learn areas adjacent to engineering—design, sales, legal, partnerships, and whatever else you're interested in.
• Define operating values, expand the team, make decisions on scaling up the company.

Must Have Requirements

• Graduated from a top Vietnamese university (HCMUT, HCMUS, HUST, UIT, UET, etc.) and/or top university around the world.
• Working-level proficiency in English.
• At least 5 years of experience in building full-stack web applications with proficiency in Typescript.
• Solid experience in developing Fintech (e.g., accounting, tax, or payment systems) or other complex systems.
• Experienced engineer with a history of leading large-scope projects.
• Have previously worked in a fast-paced engineering environment like building complex products or infrastructure end-to-end.

Nice to Have

Certain experience in AI-related projects.

Tech Stack

• React, Node.js, Vercel, Supabase, AWS.

Monthly Salary Range

• 2,000 USD - 3,000 USD Gross/Month

Benefits

• Paid Vacations: 12 days per year.
• Annual Bonus: 1-month salary.

Note: This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, but it will be structured as contractor work.

Devices: You will be expected to use your own computer to perform the work.
