Responsibilities

• Lead the development of in-house AI products, primarily focusing on backend development using Python.
• Develop and maintain software to be provided in our AI solution business.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines and data infrastructure to ensure seamless integration and deployment of AI models and applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Collaborate with the Project Leader and Delivery Manager for reporting and project management.

Job Requirement

Must have:

• 5+ years of practical experience as a Backend Developer
• 3+ years of practical experience as a Python Engineer (Django, Flask, etc.).
• Good understanding of Cloud Environment (mainly Azure, preferably GCP or AWS) and Tools (Github, Teams, Zoom, Notion)
• Ability to work independently as an engineer

Nice to have:

• Experience in Frontend, especially in React.JS
• Experience in product development using AI.
• Experience and interest in upstream processes such as requirement definition.
• Interest in the AI field.
• Experience leading a tech team.
