Senior Full Stack Developer (ReactJs/Dotnet) - Night Shift
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain a secure .NET Core (C#) and ReactJS web application for financial CRM.
- Ensure data security and privacy compliance for handling sensitive financial information.
- Implement robust authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Optimize application performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development life cycle.
- Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly.
- Continuously improve development processes, automation, and DevOps practices.
- Perform other tasks as required by management.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in full-stack web development using .NET Core (C#) and ReactJS.
- Strong proficiency in C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern web technologies.
- Solid understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming.
- Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks.
- Knowledge of security principles, data protection, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud hosting, containerization (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of financial services domain and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and test-driven development.
- Understanding of performance optimization techniques and load testing.
- Good health and willingness to work the night shift.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound judgment under high stress and time-critical deadlines.
