Viet Capital Parter & Consulting tuyển dụng vị trí phân tích đầu tư làm việc tự do, có thể chọn tại văn phòng Hà Nội, TP.HCM hoặc remote dự án. Ứng viên chịu trách nhiệm xây dựng mô hình tài chính, thẩm định dự án, soạn thảo hồ sơ đầu tư và hỗ trợ lãnh đạo đánh giá hiệu quả đầu tư. Môi trường làm việc linh hoạt, tiếp xúc nhiều dự án M&A và thăng tiến nghề nghiệp nhanh.
Yêu cầu tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong ngành tài chính, ngân hàng đầu tư, tư vấn tài chính, vượt CFA Level 2. Ứng viên cần thành thạo mô hình tài chính, tiếng Anh tốt và tự chủ trong công việc. Ưu tiên Charterholder CFA.

WE ARE HIRING: INVESTMENT ANALYST
Are you a finance professional with a sharp analytical mind and a passion for driving impactful deals? Viet Capital Parter & Consulting is expanding, and we are looking for a driven Investment Analyst to join our team and support our growing pipeline of high-stakes projects. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love turning complex data into strategic investment decisions, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling: Develop, refine, and stress-test valuation models (DCF, comparable companies, LBO, etc.) to support investment decisions.
- Investment Memorandums: Take ownership of drafting comprehensive, high-quality Investment Memorandums (IM), teaser documents, and pitch decks for investors and stakeholders.
- Deal Execution & Due Diligence: Assist in conducting deep-dive market research, industry analysis, and financial due diligence on target projects.
- Project Support: Collaborate closely with the leadership team to evaluate risk-reward profiles and monitor project performance.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Finance, or Financial Advisory.
- Qualifications: Passed CFA Level 2 or higher (Charterholders are highly preferred).
- Technical Skills: Exceptional financial modeling skills and a proven track record of preparing professional Investment Memorandums.
- Language: Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential for dealing with international frameworks and documentation.
- Mindset: Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing deliverables independently under project deadlines.
