Senior Performance Tester
Mindera is seeking a Performance Tester based in Vietnam to join its fully remote international team. In this full-time role, you’ll collaborate on large-scale, high-impact projects with global brands, leading performance testing for web and mobile applications. Responsibilities include designing and executing performance tests, optimizing applications, advising clients, and mentoring engineers. The position offers up to 70 million VND monthly gross salary, comprehensive health insurance, profit-sharing, flexible hours, development support, and annual company retreats.
Candidates should have 4+ years of QA experience (with a focus on performance testing), proficiency with JMeter and cloud-based testing tools (AWS or similar), and scripting skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Java. Experience leading performance efforts and setting up testing frameworks is highly valued.

- 4+ years of QA experience, ideally in performance testing
- Comfortable speaking and writing in English, you’ll be working with international teams
- Hands-on experience with tools like JMeter
- Familiar with distributed load testing on AWS or similar cloud platforms
- Able to write and maintain performance test scripts using JavaScript, TypeScript, or Java
- Experience using cloud-based performance tools and monitoring systems
- Skilled at finding and solving performance bottlenecks in web or mobile apps
- Comfortable leading performance testing efforts from planning to execution
- Experience setting up and managing testing frameworks and environments
- Good at analyzing results and sharing insights with both tech and business teams
- Strong documentation skills
- A team player who shares knowledge, gives feedback, and proposes solutions
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Designing and executing performance test strategies to ensure applications meet performance and scalability requirements.
- Collaborating with global teams to upskill engineers and solve complex performance-related challenges.
- Engaging with clients to advise on best practices for performance testing and optimization of their eCommerce platforms.
- Conducting performance analysis, monitoring system behavior, and working with development teams to resolve identified issues.
- Continuously improving performance testing frameworks, tools, and methodologies to enhance testing efficiency.
- Assisting in recruiting and mentoring engineers for our growing team in Vietnam.
- Working alongside technologists across the globe to deliver high-performing, scalable solutions for enterprise clients.

Compensation
- The maximum monthly gross salary for this position is 70 million VND. Final offers will be based on experience and alignment with the role's requirements.
