AI Rudder tuyển dụng vị trí quản lý cấp cao phát triển kinh doanh tại Việt Nam với hình thức toàn thời gian và làm việc từ xa. Vai trò này chịu trách nhiệm tìm kiếm, tư vấn giải pháp tự động hóa giọng nói AI, thuyết trình và đàm phán hợp đồng với khách hàng doanh nghiệp trong lĩnh vực call center, tài chính và công nghệ. Yêu cầu: tốt nghiệp đại học, >= 7 năm kinh nghiệm bán hàng B2B (ưu tiên ngành SaaS, công nghệ), vốn tiếng Anh tốt, sử dụng thành thạo Microsoft Office và biết CRM là lợi thế. Ứng viên cần năng động, tổ chức tốt và sẵn sàng xử lý nhiều khách hàng.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Sales Manager to lead growth initiatives and customer engagement in Vietnam. This role blends technical acumen with strategic sales skills, perfect for someone who thrives in a high-tech, fast-paced environment and loves owning the entire customer journey from discovery to solution design to closing deals. You’ll be the go-to person for identifying new opportunities, demonstrating product value, and helping clients achieve real business outcomes with AI Rudder’s solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and win B2B customers, with a focus on call centers, financial services, telcos, and fast-growing tech companies.
  • Lead technical conversations, product demos, and consultative solution selling to address customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to design and deliver tailored voice automation solutions.
  • Negotiate and close deals that create long-term value for both the customer and AI Rudder.
  • Maintain strong relationships through regular meetings, follow-ups, and account support.
  • Execute go-to-market strategies and represent AI Rudder at customer meetings, virtual events, or industry forums.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in tech, SaaS, or enterprise solutions.
  • Solid experience in technical or consultative selling, especially in the TMT (Tech, Media, Telco) or customer experience space.
  • Comfortable with both business and technical discussions; able to explain complex solutions in simple terms.
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Analytical and organized, able to handle multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
  • Energetic, self-driven, and results-focused with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel); CRM familiarity (Salesforce, HubSpot) is a bonus.
