Description:

We are seeking a Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Developer to join our growing Digital Transformation practice. In this role, you will be the bridge between complex CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) business requirements and technical execution. This is a client-facing consulting role requiring a rare blend of deep technical mastery and the ability to influence stakeholders in fluent English.

Target Candidates: Open for Vietnamese only

Responsibilities:

CG Cloud Implementation: Design, configure, and customize Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud features, including but not limited to: Retail Execution, Visit Management, In-Store Surveys, Audit & Compliance, Order Placement, Penny Perfect Pricing, and Planogram checks.
Custom Development: Build advanced custom features using Apex (Triggers, Classes), Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniStudio, and complex Salesforce Flows, ensuring high performance and security compliance.
System Integration: Design and implement robust REST/SOAP APIs to seamlessly connect Salesforce CG Cloud with the client's existing FMCG ecosystem, such as ERPs (SAP/Oracle Fusion), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Supply Chain tools.
Mobile Optimization: Ensure the Salesforce Mobile App (and Offline Mobile App) is optimized for field reps, including offline data synchronization and planogram check automation.
Client Collaboration: Act as a technical subject matter expert (SME) during discovery sessions with international clients, providing estimations and feasibility studies.

Technical Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, with at least 1 year of specialized experience in Salesforce Consumer Goods (CG) Cloud (or extensive Retail Execution/Field Sales automation implementations).
Strong domain knowledge in FMCG or Retail workflows, such as field rep optimization, retail auditing, distributor management systems, and trade promotion concepts.
Solid experience in core Salesforce products: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud (Partner Portals).
Data Modeling: Strong understanding of the CG Cloud Object Model and how it differs from standard Sales/Service Cloud.
Integration: Proficient in REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools (MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica).
DevOps & Tools: Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Copado, or Salesforce DX) is essential for our outsourcing delivery model.
