Senior UXUI Designer
Công ty Top Headhunt Vietnam tuyển dụng vị trí làm việc từ xa cho khách hàng Singapore với mức lương 1.100 – 1.800 USD/tháng. Vai trò toàn thời gian, hợp đồng contractor, không đóng SHUI, giờ làm việc 10h-19h SGT. Ứng viên sẽ chịu trách nhiệm thiết kế trải nghiệm người dùng cho sản phẩm web và mobile, từ xây dựng wireframe đến trình bày ý tưởng UI, phối hợp chặt chẽ với đội ngũ Singapore và có các chuyến công tác định kỳ sang Singapore (~1 tuần/tháng, được tài trợ chi phí).
Yêu cầu ứng viên có 5 năm kinh nghiệm UX/UI (ưu tiên từng làm tại các công ty IT hoặc outsourcing), thành thạo Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, có portfolio UI/UX cho sản phẩm thực tế, tiếng Anh tốt và khả năng làm việc độc lập từ xa. Ứng viên cam kết linh hoạt công tác tại Singapore. Quy trình phỏng vấn: Gửi CV, video introduction, phỏng vấn 2 vòng qua Google Meet.

Senior UXUI Designer Position at Top Headhunt Vietnam

Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a talented Senior UX/UI Designer to join our remote design team. You will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and impactful user experiences for web and mobile products. Occasional business trips to Singapore will be required. Responsibilities include:
- Designing end-to-end user experiences for web and mobile platforms.
- Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs aligned with product goals.
- Conducting user research and usability testing to enhance design quality.
- Collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure design feasibility.
- Maintaining design systems and component libraries.
- Presenting design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience.
- Experience in IT or Software Outsourcing companies.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design for digital products.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Availability for business trips to Singapore (1–2 weeks per month).
