We are seeking a designer to grow with us on the global stage. We are looking for a content designer with marketing driven perspective, not just someone who creates pretty designs.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Designer to support a wide range of design needs for our beauty brand.

• Advertising Content Design
  • Social Media Brand Channel Content Production (Images, Short-Form Videos, etc.)
  • Digital Advertising Material Production (Meta, etc.)
  • Secondary Editing of Influencer Video Content
• Branding Design
  • Production of Comprehensive Brand Design Elements (Product Packaging, Detailed Pages, etc.)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Design experience related to brands and e-commerce
  • Fresher : No experience required
  • Specialist : 2+ Years experience in related field
• Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator
• Skilled in video editing using CapCut or Premiere Pro
• Translate and edit content for global channels using AI tools like GPT based on Korean guidelines
  • Candidates with flexible work approaches and strong tool proficiency are welcome, even if language skills aren't perfect
• You must have Vietnamese citizenship to apply. Due to legal regulations, we are currently unable to hire non-Vietnamese candidates. Please ensure you have a Vietnamese Citizen ID (CCCD), a Vietnamese tax code, and a Vietnamese bank account.

JOB PREFERENCES

• Well-versed in cosmetics and the Social Media content trends
• Proficient in AI tools to generative images/videos
• The capability to create Korean scripts or content through collaboration with AI
• Experience designing product packaging and POSM

• Experience working remotely with Korean or global teams

  • Clear communication across phone, chat, or email
  • Strong work ethic and ownership of your tasks and schedule

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Workplace: 
  • 100% Remote - Flexible in Location
• Contract Type: 
  • Freelance Service Contract
• Work Days & Hours:
  
  • Follow the client's working time
  • • Workdays: Monday to Friday (22 days/month)

    • Working hours:  8 AM – 5 PM (GMT +7)

    • Lunch break: 11 AM – 12 PM (GMT+7)

  • Note: Working schedule may be adjusted based on the client's guidelines.
  • You shall ensure continuous availability, active performance, and communication with the client throughout the client’s normal business hours, as required for the services.
• Payment
  
  • Varied by Position
    • Fresher : Gross 9 M ~ 11 M VND / month
    • Specialist : Gross 14 M ~ 18 M VND / month
    • In highly competitive cases, the desired service fee may affect the evaluation
  • Payment details
    • 10% income tax will be deducted from the gross income
    • Payment will be transferred to your Vietnamese bank account
    • Pickdi's Tax Compliance Policy 
• Contracts will be issued through Kollab Agency, Pickdi's Exclusive strategic partner in Vietnam
