Role Overview
We are seeking highly skilled software developers to join our AI bot development team. As part of this dynamic team, you will design, develop, and maintain AI-driven applications and conversational agents. You’ll collaborate with experts in AI, machine learning, and software development to create scalable, efficient, and innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI bots and conversational agents.
- Implement and integrate machine learning models and natural language processing (NLP) algorithms.
- Build scalable backend systems and APIs to support AI applications using our SQL CRM systems in Australia.
- Collaborate with a team of developers and AI specialists.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize software solutions for performance and reliability.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technologies and apply them to projects.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, JavaScript, or Java.
- Experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Strong understanding of NLP, machine learning, and AI technologies.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), and SQL database systems.
- Knowledge of chatbot frameworks like Rasa, Microsoft Bot Framework, or Dialogflow is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
