Hình thức làm việc remote cho thị trường Việt Nam, lương cơ bản lên đến $42,000/năm + hoa hồng. Ứng viên chịu trách nhiệm định hình giải pháp kỹ thuật, xây dựng mối quan hệ với khách hàng và cùng đội ngũ nội bộ xử lý các vấn đề kỹ thuật.
Yêu cầu có kỹ năng pre-sales/sales kỹ thuật, thành thạo API security, DNS, HTTP, TCP/IP, TLS, Kubernetes, storage, công cụ developer và ưu tiên có chứng chỉ cloud như AWS, Azure, GCP. Ứng viên cần tư duy giải quyết vấn đề, chủ động học hỏi và phối hợp nhóm hiệu quả.

Max Gross Annual Salary: USD $42,000 plus commission
Role Highlights
Experience: 6–7 years in relevant fields
Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience in Cybersecurity and Cloud Computing; familiarity with AI and protecting AI assets
Preferred Background: Candidates from companies like F5 Networks, Cloudflare, Fastly, AWS, Zscaler, Google Cloud, or similar
Pre-Sales Advantage: Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) are highly desirable

As a Solutions Engineer, you will sit at the heart of the sales process. You will build relationships, become a trusted advisor to our customers, and deliver innovative solutions. You will get to work with all the technologies Akamai has to offer.
- Growing revenue and acquiring new business by evangelizing Akamai's technology to existing and prospective customers.
- Managing the technical proposal process and ensuring all technical information and recommendations addressing customer requirements are accurate.
- Engaging with customers during the sales-cycle to gather requirements and develop proposals, design, delivery, demos, and proof-of-concepts.
- Collaborating with internal Stakeholders to strengthen customer relationships by becoming the go-to person for technical queries.
- Partner with Business Support, Sales, Engineering, Product Development, and Technical Support to resolve issues that arise during customer trials, integrations, or post-implementation support.
- Accurately scope implementation timelines for integrations.
- Identify technical risks and provide mitigation strategies.
- Review configurations with other Professional Service team members to ensure quality and accuracy to requirements.
Skills Required
- Have experience in a technical pre-sales/sales engineering, consulting, or customer-facing role delivering technical products or services.
- Display knowledge in security and Internet technologies, including API security, content delivery, and web architecture (DNS, HTTP, TCP/IP, TLS).
- Demonstrate fluency in cloud computing, including Kubernetes, storage solutions, and developer tools.
- Have interpersonal savvy, a passion to solve problems, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Have a thirst for learning and embracing new technologies.
- Be a good team player, able to collaborate, prioritize, and solve problems in a fast-changing environment.
