Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Strategic Partnerships Associate to join our team. This role plays a key part in developing and managing partnerships that drive impactful initiatives, particularly in mental health and related areas. The ideal candidate is passionate about social impact, has strong relationship-building skills, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
- Building & Managing Partnerships
- Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with potential partners across key sectors: healthcare, education, community, and government.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of strategic partnerships.
- Support the design of mutually beneficial collaboration models, assess potential partners, and negotiate agreements.
- Strengthen and sustain partnerships through effective communication, networking, and long-term relationship management.
- Project Execution & Commercialization
- Manage strategic partnership projects from initiation to execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, tech, clinical, legal) to operationalize initiatives.
- Develop partnership proposals tailored to partner needs.
- Support the implementation of trials, pilots, and partnership programs.
- Data & Insights
- Prepare reports and analyze data to measure partnership effectiveness and impact.
- Conduct regular partner reviews and engagement meetings.
- Provide on-site support for operationalization and engagement initiatives.
- Sustainability & Growth
- Explore and implement sustainable partnership models for long-term impact.
Requirements
- Education: University graduate.
- Proven experience in partnership development, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management.
- Strong project management and execution skills.
- Ability to work both collaboratively in a team and independently when required.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience working with healthcare, community organizations, government, or corporate businesses is a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in partnership and project management roles preferred.
