Vị trí này là hợp đồng remote phát triển dashboard Tableau cho một khách hàng tại Singapore, thời hạn 6 tháng, có thể gia hạn tùy theo chất lượng bàn giao. Ứng viên tập trung xây dựng, tối ưu hóa dashboard và đảm bảo dữ liệu đáp ứng nhu cầu phân tích kinh doanh. Thời gian làm việc linh hoạt, không yêu cầu onsite.
Ứng viên cần thành thạo Tableau Desktop/Server/Cloud, đã từng xây dựng dashboard từ đầu, hiểu về modeling, LOD expressions và cơ sở dữ liệu quan hệ. Đặc biệt ưu tiên khả năng làm việc tự chủ, chủ động giao tiếp trong môi trường từ xa.

Project Overview
We are looking for an experienced Tableau Developer to design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards for a Singapore-based client.
This is a remote contract role, initially estimated at 6 months, with potential extension depending on delivery quality and business needs.
Responsibilities
- Design and build Tableau dashboards that are clear, accurate, and business-focused
- Translate business requirements into effective visualizations and KPIs
- Optimize dashboard performance and data refresh efficiency
- Collaborate with stakeholders to iterate and improve dashboards over time
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability for decision-making
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Cloud
- Proven experience building end-to-end Tableau dashboards for real business use cases
- Solid understanding of data modeling, joins, calculated fields, LOD expressions
- Experience working with relational databases or data warehouses
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup and communicate clearly
Nice to Have
- Experience with large or complex datasets
- Exposure to multiple data sources (SQL, cloud data platforms, APIs)
- Background in BI or analytics roles beyond pure dashboard building
Not Required
- Salesforce experience
- Heavy backend or data engineering work
