Improve team productivity and mentor through coaching, facilitation, and regular 1:1s.
Collaborate with Product, UX, Data, and other teams to ship major initiatives.
Stay abreast of industry trends and evaluate new technologies for potential adoption.
Participate in the hiring process to build and grow a high-performing engineering team.
Ensure implementation of best practices for application security and data compliance.
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in software engineering, with strong expertise in backend or frontend development.
Proven technical leadership skills, including hands-on experience with container technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, Cassandra), caching technologies (e.g., Redis, Memcached).

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across engineering and other disciplines.
Commitment to building and scaling engineering teams.
Experience translating product requirements into technical specifications.
Our Ideal Candidate Will:
Have substantial experience in the Online Travel Agency (OTA) industry or a related travel domain.
Enjoy creating order out of complexity and helping stakeholders and engineers achieve shared goals.
Be empathetic to both engineers and stakeholders, with a strong focus on supporting engineers.
Demonstrate strong follow-through and accountability.

By Three Months, You’ll:
Actively contribute to roadmap prioritization.
Monitor engineering processes to identify and address common bottlenecks.
