UI/UX Designer (Remote)
Vị trí làm việc từ xa cho ứng viên tại Việt Nam dưới dạng hợp đồng toàn thời gian với Automation Consulting – startup Úc chuyên về AI & tự động hóa. Bạn sẽ thiết kế, dẫn dắt discovery với khách hàng, phối hợp nhóm BA, Dev, QA và kiểm thử, cải tiến sản phẩm. Lương cạnh tranh, giờ làm linh hoạt, phát triển lâu dài và môi trường chia sẻ tri thức.
Yêu cầu: 4-6 năm kinh nghiệm UI/UX, thành thạo Figma, tiếng Anh xuất sắc, có portfolio nổi bật, kỹ năng thấu hiểu & phân tích nhu cầu khách hàng, ưu tiên từng làm startup hoặc small business. Có thêm nền tảng về Business Analysis, Agile, JIRA, Confluence là lợi thế.

Role Overview:
We're looking for a creative yet analytical UI/UX Designer to join our team. This is not a purely visual role — we need someone who can think like a designer and communicate like a consultant. You'll work directly with leadership and clients to translate business needs into intuitive, user-centred designs. The ideal candidate is articulate, proactive, and thrives in fast-paced startup environments where clarity, collaboration, and quality matter equally. A strong understanding of business analysis principles — such as requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and solution validation — is a significant advantage and will set you apart.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user experiences, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI across web and mobile platforms
- Lead design discovery sessions with clients and stakeholders to understand goals, pain points, and user needs
- Translate business and functional requirements into clear, compelling design solutions
- Present and articulate design decisions confidently to stakeholders at all levels of seniority
- Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and QA teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and aligned with requirements
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback
- Maintain and evolve design systems and component libraries
- Support the broader team in producing polished client-facing presentations and materials
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally within a technology delivery or consulting context
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (required)
- Exceptional English communication skills — both written and verbal — with the ability to present and defend design decisions to diverse audiences
- Proven ability to engage stakeholders, run discovery sessions, and translate ambiguous briefs into clear design outcomes
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design thinking across real-world products
- Experience working in a startup or small business environment
- Comfortable working independently and managing priorities across multiple concurrent projects
Nice to Have
- Background or demonstrable experience in Business Analysis — requirements elicitation, user story writing, gap analysis, or process mapping
- Familiarity with Agile delivery, JIRA, or Confluence
- Experience supporting or collaborating within cross-functional product or technology teams
