Our small but mighty team is on the lookout for a passionate and fun-loving User Acquisition (UA) Manager to join our squad. Position Overview
As a User Acquisition(UA) Manager you'll be the guardian of the growth and adventure behind our games. We might be small, but our dreams are big, and we need someone as passionate as us to turn those dreams into reality. If you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves, laugh at bad puns, and show off your love for games, we want you!

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement user acquisition strategies across multiple channels (Facebook, Google Ads, TikTok, Unity, etc.) to drive install and revenue growth for our mobile games.
  • Launch, manage, and optimise UA campaigns across various ad networks, ensuring efficient spend allocation and maximising ROI
  • Analyse campaign performance using key metrics (CPI, LTV, ROAS, etc.) and use data-driven insights to optimise user acquisition funnels, creatives, and targeting strategies.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality ads (videos, banners, playable ads), test ad variations, and iterate based on performance data.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creative assets, targeting parameters, and bid strategies to ensure continuous optimization of campaigns.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, product, design, and finance teams to synchronise UA strategies with overall game performance objectives and budgetary constraints.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging UA opportunities to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Own and manage the UA budget, ensuring efficient spend distribution across channels while achieving monthly user acquisition and revenue targets
  • Own App Store Optimization (ASO) and optimise app store listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, screenshots, etc.) to improve visibility and conversion rates.
  • Analyse and track app store rankings, downloads, and reviews to adjust ASO strategies.
Requirements
  • Proficient in spoken and written English; fluency is not mandatory but clarity is crucial.
  • 3 years of experience in user acquisition, performance marketing, or growth marketing, within the mobile gaming industry.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics platforms (Appsflyer, Adjust, Singular, etc.), campaign management tools, and Google Analytics. Expertise in Google Sheets for data analysis.
  • Familiarity with player segmentation, retention analysis, and monetization models in free-to-play games.
  • Experience working in a mobile games industry is required.
  • Ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make decisions that drive campaign success and ROI improvements.
  • Hands-on experience with ad platforms like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Unity Ads, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, and other programmatic networks.
  • A keen eye for creative assets that resonate with mobile gaming audiences and an understanding of how to communicate value propositions through advertising.
  • Excellent communication skills to present findings, strategies, and performance updates to cross-functional teams and leadership
  • Strong organisational and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
