Vị trí Hành chính Văn phòng bán thời gian cho CÔNG TY TNHH TASTECRAFT phù hợp làm việc từ xa, hỗ trợ quản lý hành chính, báo cáo tiến độ, duyệt công và phối hợp các dự án. Ca làm từ 5-8 tiếng bắt đầu lúc 9:00 AM (giờ California, Mỹ), yêu cầu linh hoạt cuối tuần/lễ và tối đa 40 giờ/tuần.

Ưu tiên ứng viên có kỹ năng tổ chức, giao tiếp, thành thạo Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Excel, biết sử dụng Outlook Calendar, kỹ năng đa nhiệm và chú trọng chi tiết. Tốt nghiệp Trung học Phổ thông trở lên, kinh nghiệm dưới 1 năm là đủ để ứng tuyển.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support for our executive team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional clerical skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle project coordination, calendar management, and various administrative functions while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Responsibilities, Abilities & Skills:

• Audit Task Completion, Closeout daily and generate monthly reports;

• Approving Employee time punches across location;

• Attending Training as needed;

• Audit and send Meal Break Violation reports;

• Report daily progress to upper management.

What we expect from you:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

• Proficient in clerical duties and administrative functions.

• Experience in project coordination with a focus on meeting deadlines.

• Ability to multi-task and detail oriented – Punctuality with keen attention to detail

• Expertise in calendar management, particularly with Outlook Calendar.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Must be dependable and willing to work overtime when needed

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

• Computer Skills, SharePoint, Microsoft Office 365.

Job Type:

Schedule Requirement:

• 5 - 8 hours shift

• 9:00 AM Pacific Time (California, USA)

• Able to work on weekends or Holidays when required

• Maximum 40hrs per week

• May require occasional overtime hours with approval

Education:

• Associate's degree Preferred

• High School / GED

Experience:

• Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred (Preferred)

• Strong Excel experience, Pivot tables, Formulas

• Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint,)

• Experience working with multiple databases
