Visual Designer
Vị trí này cho phép bạn làm việc remote linh hoạt cùng AOF Agency – atelier sáng tạo kết hợp giữa fashion, art và lifestyle tại Hà Nội. Ứng viên sẽ chịu trách nhiệm thiết kế hình ảnh cho mạng xã hội, xây dựng layout, hậu kỳ hình ảnh và tham gia đề xuất ý tưởng cho các dự án. Thu nhập được thỏa thuận dựa trên năng lực thực tế và có cơ hội phát triển kỹ năng với các thương hiệu thời trang/lifestyle lớn.
Yêu cầu tối thiểu 6 tháng kinh nghiệm thiết kế visual/graphic, kỹ năng cảm thụ hình ảnh, màu sắc tốt và sử dụng thành thạo Photoshop, Canva. Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực thời trang/lifestyle, với kỹ năng bố cục, layout và typography cơ bản. Ứng viên cần linh hoạt gặp mặt 2-3 buổi/tuần để trao đổi công việc.

We are currently seeking a Visual Designer - someone with a good aesthetic instinct and the ability to perceive images, to help us create sleek, aesthetic visuals that accurately reflect the brand spirit.
Role Overview
- Design visuals for communication channels (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), including
- Building layouts, compositions, typography, and basic graphic elements
- Image post-production: color correction, retouching, cropping
- Participate in proposing image ideas for projects
- Support in developing briefs and proposals related to images
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months experience in visual content/graphic design
- Ability to perceive images, colors, light, and visual mood
- Proficient in Photoshop/Canva and image editing tools
- Basic skills in layout, composition, and typography
- Preference for candidates with image experience in fashion/lifestyle
Working Format
- Remote, flexible schedule
- Meetings for direct exchange 2-3 times per week
