Key Responsibilities:
- Spender Management:Analyze spender behavior and spending patterns.
- Develop and implement strategies to retain high-value spenders.
- Create personalized experiences to enhance spender satisfaction.
VIP Management:
- Design and execute VIP programs to reward and incentivize top spenders.
- Provide exceptional support and tailored services to VIP users.
- Monitor VIP activity and proactively address their needs.
Activity Management:
- Plan and coordinate engaging activities and events for spenders.
- Track activity participation and measure impact on spending.
- Continuously improve and innovate activity offerings.
Revenue Growth:
- Set and achieve revenue growth targets.
- Identify opportunities to increase spending among existing customers.
- Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement revenue-boosting initiatives.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor KPIs related to spender behavior and revenue.
- Generate regular reports on spender activity, retention, and revenue growth.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in customer relationship management or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English, Chinese is a plus.
- Experience with Office software and data analysis tools.
