Responsibilities

App Design and Development:

• Design and develop intuitive, user-friendly mobile app interfaces for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Utilize native and/or cross-platform frameworks to efficiently build and maintain apps.
• Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to translate design concepts into functional code.
• Integrate apps with backend systems and APIs as needed.

Front-end Web Development:

• Contribute to the design and development of web interfaces that integrate seamlessly with mobile apps.
• Leverage HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills to build responsive web experiences.

Quality Assurance and Testing:

• Conduct thorough testing (unit tests, UI testing) to identify and fix bugs before release.
• CI/CD pipeline to automate app build processes.
• Perform cross-device and cross-browser compatibility testing.
• Work with stakeholders or beta testers to gather feedback and address issues.

App Publishing & Maintenance:

• Prepare and deploy apps to the App Store and Google Play Store, ensuring compliance with guidelines.
• Monitor app performance and analytics, identifying areas for improvement.
• Release regular updates with new features, bug fixes, and performance optimizations.

Qualifications

Essential:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in mobile app development for iOS and Android.
• Expertise in native development with Swift/Objective-C (iOS) and Java/Kotlin (Android).
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a proven ability to leverage WordPress themes and plugins to develop engaging and user-friendly websites that align with client requirements.
• Proficiency in cross-platform development frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter).
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles.

Highly Desirable

• Experience working with web frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Familiarity with REST APIs and backend integration concepts.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Experience with version control systems (preferably Git).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience publishing apps to the App Store and Google Play Store.
• A portfolio of published mobile applications.

• Ability to translate design mockups into functional code.
• Passion for staying current with mobile technology trends.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as within a team.
