Web UIUX Designer

About the Position

We are looking for a creative and self-driven UI/UX Designer to join our team and design the MVP version of our SaaS-based community learning platform. You’ll take the lead in shaping intuitive and elegant user experiences from scratch—even without detailed product planning. If you enjoy turning abstract ideas into real user interfaces and thrive in early-stage environments, we’d love to work with you.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile interfaces.
• Take initiative in UX planning and interface design without relying on formal product specs.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure accurate and seamless implementation.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve user experience.
• Define and maintain a consistent design system for the platform.
• Ability to communicate in either English or Korean.

Key Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design (or a strong portfolio showing equivalent skills).
• Ability to work independently and make product decisions based on discussions, goals, and assumptions.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing MVP or early-stage products.
• Familiarity with handoff processes for component-based frontend frameworks like React.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.

Hiring Details

Contract Type: 1-year renewable contract
Salary: $600 ~ $800 per month (based on experience).
