Cơ hội gia nhập công ty quảng cáo hàng đầu với vị trí làm việc remote 100%. Hợp đồng 6 tháng (có thể gia hạn), lương cơ bản 20-26 triệu VND + KPI, giờ làm thứ 2-6. Vai trò tập trung tìm kiếm, xây dựng quan hệ với đối tác mới trong ngành quảng cáo, digital, mạng xã hội, hỗ trợ ký kết hợp đồng, onboarding, theo dõi thị trường và báo cáo hiệu quả.
Yêu cầu 3-5 năm kinh nghiệm lĩnh vực liên quan, tốt nghiệp đại học các ngành kinh doanh/marketing/truyền thông, giao tiếp tốt, đàm phán tự tin, sử dụng thành thạo tiếng Anh và tiếng Việt. Ưu tiên ứng viên làm việc ngành digital/advertising, ứng tuyển qua quy trình 3 vòng gồm phỏng vấn online và làm test.

Contract: 6 months with possibility of extension
Salary range: 20,000,000 - 26,000,000 VND Base Gross (can be negotiated) + KPI commission
Location: 100% remote
Working schedule: Mon - Fri | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Position's Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Specialist to support our growth and partnership expansion in Vietnam. This role will focus on sourcing new partners, building strong relationships, and supporting a smooth onboarding process, while staying up to date with market trends in the fast-evolving digital and social network industry.
Responsibilities:
- New Partner Acquisition & Development
- Identify and approach potential business partners (advertisers, media agencies, influencers, platforms, publishers) in Vietnam.
- Research and evaluate partner needs and propose tailored strategies for collaboration.
- Support contract negotiations and partnership agreements.
- Onboarding & Handover
- Coordinate partner onboarding and deliver necessary training.
- Ensure smooth transition of new partners to the Customer Success team.
- Market & Business Insights
- Keep track of industry and market trends, particularly in the social network, advertising, and digital space.
- Share insights to improve business development strategies.
- Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly reports on individual performance and partnership results.
- Monitor progress against business development goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships (preferably in digital, advertising, or marketing industries).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; confident in negotiations.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese; able to use English as a working language.
- Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
