JOB DESCRIPTION

You will execute paid collaborations with global influencers, particularly nano and micro influencers targeting the U.S. market.

• Execute global influencer marketing operations, including influencer listing and outreach
  • Target country: U.S. market, with opportunities to expand to other countries depending on campaign needs
  • Campaign & Target: Paid collaboration with nano/micro tier creators
  • KPI: List up 30+ influencers per day, Contact 300+ influencers per month
• Track, report, and analyze content performance, including monitoring content upload status
  • KPI: Track 200+ videos per month
• Support content guideline ideation and customize directions based on campaign objectives

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2+ years of experience in marketing, with proven experience in influencer marketing
• Strong English speaking ability to discuss work with the internal team and communicate with global influencers
  • Work meetings via video call will be held regularly
• Strong understanding of global social media platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• You must have Vietnamese citizenship to apply. Due to legal regulations, we are currently unable to hire non-Vietnamese candidates. Please ensure you have a Vietnamese Citizen ID (CCCD), a Vietnamese tax code, and a Vietnamese bank account.

JOB PREFERENCES

• Experience working in the beauty or cosmetics industry
• Strong understanding of global beauty trends and consumer behavior
• Experience working with international markets is a plus

• Experience working remotely with Korean or global teams

  • Strong work ethic and ownership of your tasks and schedule

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Workplace:

  • Follow the client's working time
  • • Workdays: Monday to Friday (22 days/month)

    • Working hours: 7 AM – 4 PM (GMT +7)

    • Lunch break: 10 AM – 11 AM (GMT+7)

  • Note: Working schedule may be adjusted based on the client's guidelines.
  • You shall ensure continuous availability, active performance, and communication with the client throughout the client’s normal business hours, as required for the services.
• Payment
  
  • Specialist: Gross 14 M ~ 17 M VND / month 
    
    • In highly competitive cases, the desired service fee may affect the evaluation
  • Payment details
    • 10% income tax will be deducted from the gross income
    • Payment will be transferred to your Vietnamese bank account
    • Pickdi's Tax Compliance Policy 
• Contracts will be issued through Kollab Agency, Pickdi's Exclusive strategic partner in Vietnam
