Field Application Engineer
Vị trí này tại WE COMPONENTS PTE. LTD. là làm việc remote tại Hà Nội với hợp đồng toàn thời gian. Ứng viên sẽ hỗ trợ kỹ thuật cho khách hàng về chọn lựa sản phẩm, làm cầu nối giải đáp thắc mắc giữa khách hàng và nhà sản xuất, đồng thời hỗ trợ đội ngũ kinh doanh trong các hoạt động kỹ thuật, xử lý nhanh các vấn đề kỹ thuật và chuẩn bị tài liệu chuyên môn. Cơ hội phát triển nghề nghiệp ở cả mảng kỹ thuật và thương mại, được tiếp xúc đa dạng dự án và sản phẩm linh kiện điện tử trên thị trường toàn cầu.
Yêu cầu gồm bằng cử nhân khối Điện tử/Điện/Viễn thông; kinh nghiệm 1–3 năm ở vị trí tương tự hoặc sinh viên mới tốt nghiệp; có kỹ năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh với khách hàng, nhà cung cấp, khả năng đọc hiểu tài liệu kỹ thuật, tự chủ và có tinh thần trách nhiệm, sẵn sàng đi công tác khi cần. Ưu tiên ứng viên từng làm ngành phân phối linh kiện hoặc bán dẫn, hiểu về embedded/RF/IoT.

WE Components, under Electronics Business Unit (EBU) of Jubilee Industries, is the Integrated electronic component distribution services and modular design fabrication.
WE Components are principally engaged in distribution of active, passive, electro-mechanical components and connectors to electronics manufactures, which includes original equipment manufacturers (“OEM”) and electronics manufacturing services providers (“EMS”). We also provide value-added services in engineering designs and vendor-managed inventory(“VMI”).
We have a sales of network of 11 regional offices, serving more than 1000 customers. Our distribution centres are located in Singapore and 3PL in various locations. We employ over 50 staffs across Asia.
Job Title: Field Application Engineer

Location: Hanoi, Hanoi, Vietnam (Remote)
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide basic to intermediate technical support to customers on product selection, application, and troubleshooting
- Act as a technical bridge between customers and manufacturers, coordinating technical inquiries and solutions
- Support the sales team during customer visits, including product introductions and technical discussions
- Assist customers with design-in activities and follow up on project progress
- Work closely with suppliers/manufacturers to obtain technical information, samples, and support
- Handle and follow up on customer technical issues, ensuring timely resolution
- Prepare technical documents, presentations, and simple application notes when required
- Conduct basic product training for customers and internal sales team
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer requirements to internal teams and suppliers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Basic knowledge of electronic components and circuits (ICs, modules, passive components, etc.)
- 1–3 years of experience in FAE, technical support, or related roles preferred (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Good communication skills and ability to work with both customers and suppliers
- Able to read and understand technical datasheets in English
- Self-motivated, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Willing to travel occasionally when required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in electronics distribution or semiconductor industry
- Familiarity with embedded systems, RF, or IoT products etc
- Experience in customer-facing roles
