Field Service Engineer (Vietnam)
Vị trí Kỹ sư Dịch vụ hiện trường tại MKS Inc., làm việc toàn thời gian tại Việt Nam. Bạn sẽ chịu trách nhiệm lắp đặt, bảo trì hệ thống, hỗ trợ khách hàng trong quá trình sử dụng thiết bị ESI, xử lý sự cố, đảm bảo dịch vụ chuyên nghiệp và thực hiện quy trình công việc dịch vụ. Mức đãi ngộ cạnh tranh và môi trường làm việc đa dạng, thúc đẩy sáng tạo.
Yêu cầu có tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm liên quan dịch vụ phần cứng PCB hoặc Laser, bằng đại học ngành kỹ thuật điện, điện tử hoặc cơ khí. Ứng viên cần có khả năng giao tiếp, viết báo cáo kỹ thuật bằng tiếng Anh, sẵn sàng đi công tác và làm ngoài giờ khi cần.
We are looking for an exceptional Field Service Engineer who can…
- Conduct on site system installations, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
- Assist customers to use ESI equipment smoothly.
- Preliminary contact for all of customers’ system problems.
- Provide professional service to achieve the best customer satisfaction & loyalty.
- Effectively implement daily service task by following the defined process and follow up till it is closed.
What will you bring to the team, along with your curiosity and creativity is:
- At least 5 years of flex PCB or Laser hardware service experiences
- Minimum Bachelor in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering
- The flexibility to travel domestically & internationally
- Good communication skill, customer oriented, able to prioritize and follow through tasks, work under pressure, able to work flexible hours and overtime if required
- Ability to communicate and write technical reports in English
