Finance & Accounting Operations Specialist

Nhân viên chịu trách nhiệm vận hành lập hóa đơn, báo cáo tài chính, phân tích dữ liệu và giám sát báo cáo lãi lỗ. Yêu cầu ứng viên có bằng Đại học chuyên ngành Tài chính, Kế toán, Kinh doanh cùng kinh nghiệm thực tế trong vận hành tài chính, lập hóa đơn, phân tích số liệu. Thành thạo Excel, phần mềm kế toán và am hiểu chuẩn mực, quy định tài chính là điều kiện bắt buộc.

Responsibilities
- Billing Operations: Manage the end-to-end billing process, including invoice creation, validation, and distribution to clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate billing and resolve any discrepancies. Monitor payment status and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare comprehensive and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Ensure financial data accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards. Provide financial insights to support decision-making processes.
- Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with teams to extract meaningful insights from financial information. Contribute to the development of data-driven strategies to enhance financial efficiency.
- Profit & Loss (P&L) Monitoring: Assist in monitoring and analyzing P&L statements to assess the financial health of the company. Collaborate with the finance team to identify areas for cost optimization and revenue enhancement. Prepare presentations to communicate financial performance to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in finance operations, billing, financial reporting, and data analysis.
- Strong proficiency in financial software and tools, including Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Detail-oriented mindset and ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
- Problem-solving aptitude with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
