JOB DESCRIPTION

This role involves creating image, video, and interactive (playable) ad samples using GIGR’s AI platform, playad.ai, to support BD/Sales demos for prospective clients.

The key goal is to quickly produce high-quality demo creatives by effectively leveraging the AI tool and clients’ brand assets.

• Use the AI platform playad.ai to produce advertising creatives, including images, videos, and interactive (playable) ads
• Create customized demo/sample ad creatives with sales team members
• Revise and improve creatives quickly based on feedback, ensuring high visual quality and optimized functionality for interactive ads.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders by sharing progress in real time and consistently meeting production deadlines.
• KPI: Complete at least 20 customized sample sets per week for different prospective clients
  • Each set includes: 2 images + 2 videos + 1 interactive (playable) ad
  • During the first 2 weeks, the target may be adjusted to 10 sets per week so you can get used to the work

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2+ years of Experience creating digital ad creatives using tools like Photoshop, Figma, or video editors such as CapCut
• Proficient English speaking level to communicate with team
• Ability to quickly learn and use new AI tools, including Playad.ai, in daily work
• Comfortable creating different ad formats, images, videos, and interactive (playable) ads, with basic understanding of user interactions
• Strong productivity and time management skills, able to handle a high volume of work and meet weekly KPI
• Open to feedback and able to apply revisions quickly with clear and effective communication
• You must have Vietnamese citizenship to apply. Due to legal regulations, we are currently unable to hire non-Vietnamese candidates. Please ensure you have a Vietnamese Citizen ID (CCCD), a Vietnamese tax code, and a Vietnamese bank account.

JOB PREFERENCES

• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools such as Veo, Nano Banana, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, and Sora in real-world projects
• Korean speaking ability sufficient for business discussions with Koreans
• Strong curiosity and understanding of new media ad formats, including interactive and playable ads
• Good awareness of global digital ad creative trends, with the ability to apply strong visual and hooking elements
• Ability to analyze and replicate brand identity by reviewing brand guidelines and website assets to produce consistent demo creatives
• Good sense for audio and background music selection, matching BGM and sound elements to the creative concept and brand tone

• Experience working remotely with Korean or global teams

  • You shall ensure continuous availability, active performance, and communication with the client throughout the client’s normal business hours, as required for the services.

  • Senior: Gross 22 M ~ 24 M VND / month
    
    • In highly competitive cases, the desired service fee may affect the evaluation
  • Payment details
    • 10% income tax will be deducted from the gross income
    • Payment will be transferred to your Vietnamese bank account

• Contracts will be issued through Kollab Agency, Pickdi's Exclusive strategic partner in Vietnam
