JOB DESCRIPTION

This position involves managing junior team members in Vietnam to lead KOC Booking Campaigns in the U.S. and other global countries.

• Managing KOC Booking campaigns

  • Team: Responsible for managing a team of 5+ members
  • Tier : Mostly Nano/Micro KOCs in USA & Other English speaking countries
  • KPI: 100+ video uploads per team member per month

• Content research and development of content guidelines

  • Research social media trends and competitor activities
  • Create content briefs & guidelines to improve the quality of the content
• Additionally, discuss and operate various influencer seeding campaigns with the HQ team

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience in KOC Booking/Influencer-Social Media Marketing or related fields
• Ability to communicate with Korean and global teams in Korean or English (speaking ability is required)
• High understanding of the global beauty market and short-form content
• Have experience leading teams of at least 3 members
• Ability to research viral trends and derive insights
• Proficient in collaboration tools like Notion, Google Sheets, and Excel
• You must have Vietnamese citizenship to apply. Due to legal regulations, we are currently unable to hire non-Vietnamese candidates. Please ensure you have a Vietnamese Citizen ID (CCCD), a Vietnamese tax code, and a Vietnamese bank account.

JOB PREFERENCES

• High level of understanding of global markets and consumer behavior
• Experience managing beauty social media accounts (including brand or personal accounts)
• Interest in K-Beauty and global beauty brands, along with a fundamental understanding of the market

• Experience working remotely with Korean or global teams

  • Clear communication across phone, chat, or email

  • Strong work ethic and ownership of your tasks and schedule

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Follow the client's working time
  • • Workdays: Monday to Friday (22 days/month)

    • Working hours: 8 AM –  5 PM (GMT +7)

    • Lunch break: 11 AM – 12 PM (GMT+7)

  • Note: Working schedule may be adjusted based on the client's guidelines.
  • You shall ensure continuous availability, active performance, and communication with the client throughout the client’s normal business hours, as required for the services.
• Payment
  
  • Senior : Gross 22 M ~ 26 M VND / month 
    
    • In highly competitive cases, the desired service fee may affect the evaluation
  • Payment details
    • 10% income tax will be deducted from the gross income
    • Payment will be transferred to your Vietnamese bank account
    • Pickdi's Tax Compliance Policy 
• Contracts will be issued through Kollab Agency, Pickdi's Exclusive strategic partner in Vietnam
