Vị trí vận hành nhà máy điện hạt nhân tại Crossing Hurdles, làm việc từ xa tại Việt Nam, dạng hợp đồng ngắn/linh hoạt (10-40 giờ/tuần) với mức lương $50-$110/giờ. Ứng viên đảm nhận giám sát, điều khiển hệ thống lò phản ứng, phối hợp xử lý cảnh báo, ghi chép sự cố, hợp tác cùng nhóm kỹ thuật quốc tế và tham gia đào tạo cập nhật quy định an toàn ngành.
Yêu cầu nổi bật gồm chứng chỉ vận hành lò phản ứng (NRC hoặc tương đương), thông thạo hệ thống giám sát số, kỹ năng giao tiếp xuất sắc, tư duy phân tích – quyết đoán khi xử lý sự cố và khả năng làm việc độc lập trong môi trường từ xa. Ưu tiên ứng viên quen làm việc với các hệ thống năng lượng, hiểu sâu về quy trình vận hành và tiêu chuẩn an toàn nhà máy điện hạt nhân.

Compensation: $50-$110/hr

Commitment: 10-40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Monitor and control reactor systems to ensure safe, stable, and efficient power generation in accordance with operational and regulatory standards.
- Respond promptly to alarms and shifting operational conditions, executing established safety protocols and corrective actions.
- Perform real-time system checks, analyze operational data, and document all activities and incidents with precision.
- Collaborate remotely with engineering and maintenance teams to optimize reactor performance and reduce downtime.
- Prepare clear written reports and provide concise verbal updates on reactor status and operational events.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and technological advancements.
- Contribute to the refinement of remote-operating procedures to ensure robust oversight and rapid response capabilities.
Requirements
- Certified Nuclear Power Reactor Operator with a current or prior NRC license or equivalent credentials.
- Strong understanding of nuclear plant operating principles, safety systems, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high accuracy and clarity.
- Demonstrated critical thinking, attention to detail, and sound judgment in high-stakes environments.
- Experience using digital monitoring systems and remote-control interfaces in nuclear or similar energy facilities.
- Ability to work independently in a structured remote setting while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
