JOB DESCRIPTION

You will be mainly responsible for supporting overseas TikTok and Instagram influencer marketing operations for ADAPT’s brands (Foodology, OBgE, 95PROBLEM, epais, FULLY), Your main tasks will include influencer sourcing, booking nano/micro KOCs, and performance tracking. 

• Execute KOC Booking Campaigns
  • Target Market : Singapore, Malaysia, Australia
  • Execute a full process KOC Booking tasks for Free casting campaigns (KPI : Booking 150 KOCs)
  • Support paid collaborations campaigns with tasks including creator sourcing, quality checks, out reach, budget rate check, ETC
  • Track and report performance of collaborations (views, engagement rate)
• Other tasks to support better campaign operations
  • Screen and propose influencers based on agency rosters provided
  • Support responses to comments on the videos & inquiries to purchase
  • Provide weekly reports on top-performing TikTok and Instagram videos from competing brands.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• No professional work experience required
• Proficiency in spoken English to communicate with the internal team through online meetings.
• High level of understanding in influencer marketing, social media marketing, especially TikTok and Instagram.
• Ability to systematically and structurally organize large amounts of data using Google Sheets, Excel, Notion, etc.
• Ability to identify trends in TikTok content, interpret them in your own words, and derive insights.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills to work effectively with influencers and global team members in a remote work environment.
• You must have Vietnamese citizenship to apply. Due to legal regulations, we are currently unable to hire non-Vietnamese candidates. Please ensure you have a Vietnamese Citizen ID (CCCD), a Vietnamese tax code, and a Vietnamese bank account.

JOB PREFERENCES

• Experience working at an influencer marketing agency, booking KOLs/KOCs, or who have worked as a creator
• Experience in multi-lingual CS/Operational tasks using AI translator
• Experience living in Australia, Singapore, and Malaysia

• Experience working remotely with Korean or global teams

  • Clear communication across phone, chat, or email

  • Strong work ethic and ownership of your tasks and schedule

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Workplace:

  • Follow the client's working time
  • • Workdays: Monday to Friday (22 days/month)

    • Working hours: 8 AM – 5 PM (GMT +7)

    • Lunch break: 12 PM – 1 PM (GMT+7)

  • Note: Working schedule may be adjusted based on the client's guidelines.
  • You shall ensure continuous availability, active performance, and communication with the client throughout the client’s normal business hours, as required for the services.

  • Fresher : Gross 9 M ~ 10 M VND / month
    
    • In highly competitive cases, the desired service fee may affect the evaluation
  • Payment details
    • 10% income tax will be deducted from the gross income
    • Payment will be transferred to your Vietnamese bank account

• Contracts will be issued through Kollab Agency, Pickdi's Exclusive strategic partner in Vietnam
