Job Summary

Appen tuyển chuyên viên phát triển kinh doanh khu vực APAC phụ trách dịch vụ AI Data (gồm thu thập, gán nhãn, kiểm duyệt nội dung) cho khách hàng doanh nghiệp. Vị trí này làm việc remote, ký hợp đồng toàn thời gian, đảm nhiệm xây dựng pipeline bán hàng, tư vấn, phối hợp với các phòng ban và tham gia sự kiện ngành để đạt KPI về doanh thu. Quyền lợi gồm lương hấp dẫn, môi trường năng động, chế độ học hỏi và phát triển sự nghiệp.

Ứng viên cần kinh nghiệm sales B2B AI/IT trong khu vực APAC, từng bán dịch vụ dữ liệu AI/ML/LLM cho khách lớn, có quan hệ rộng, tiếng Anh chuyên nghiệp (biết thêm ngoại ngữ APAC là lợi thế) và sẵn sàng đi công tác. Ưu tiên ứng viên từng làm trong ngành dữ liệu AI/ML hoặc quen quy trình mua sắm của doanh nghiệp lớn, viễn thông.

About Appen
Appen is a global leader in providing high-quality training data and data-platform solutions that power enterprise AI — from text/audio labeling to large-scale image/video annotation and LLM customization. Appen combines a scalable platform and managed services to deliver trusted datasets for leading AI programs and enterprise customers. We are looking for a results-driven Sales / Business Development to grow enterprise partnerships for our AI data services (data annotation, data collection, content moderation etc.). More Info

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and identify the client’s business needs for AI data services and establish commercial relationships. Prospect, qualify and manage inbound and outbound leads. Build a strong, predictable sales funnel to achieve revenue targets and sales KPIs.
  2. Run consultative sales cycles with clients, translating technical requirements into commercial proposals (LLM projects, data platform subscriptions, managed annotation engagements).
  3. Partner with Solutions, Customer Success, Product, and Legal to create replicable offer packs and pricing for local markets. Work closely with the project team to ensure smooth delivery.
  4. Actively participate in industry events or exhibitions; client workshops to gather market intelligence and competitor activity.

What We’re Looking For - Required

  1. AI/IT B2B sales experiences across APAC or located territory, sales leadership (managing teams and P&L responsibility) would be a big plus.
  2. Proven track record selling complex AI data service or data solutions to large enterprises.
  3. Strong APAC or located country network. Experience closing multi-million dollar deals and structuring long-term commercial relationships.
  4. Excellent business English; additional APAC languages a plus.
  5. Willingness to travel across the region.

Nice to Have

  1. Direct experience selling data annotation, ML training data, or LLM customization services.
  2. Exposure to procurement cycles at hyperscalers or large telcos/enterprises.
