Listing Manager

Ứng viên sẽ chủ động tìm kiếm, đánh giá các dự án blockchain tiềm năng, đàm phán điều khoản listing và phối hợp các nguồn lực nội bộ để triển khai niêm yết dự án hiệu quả. Đây là công việc toàn thời gian với môi trường năng động, nhiều cơ hội mở rộng quan hệ và phát triển kỹ năng trong ngành crypto.
Yêu cầu nổi bật gồm: 1-3 năm kinh nghiệm ngành crypto, hiểu sâu về DeFi, GameFi, NFT hoặc blockchain, sở hữu mạng lưới dự án và quan hệ rộng là lợi thế. Ứng viên cần sử dụng tiếng Anh thành thạo, xuất sắc trong giao tiếp và đàm phán, có tinh thần chủ động, chịu áp lực tốt và làm việc hiệu quả trong môi trường tốc độ cao.

Responsibilities:
- Sourcing Projects: Proactively identify promising new projects through various channels (VCs, communities, conferences).
- Evaluating Projects: Quickly assess project quality from multiple dimensions including technology, team, economic model, and community.
- Negotiating Partnerships: Negotiate listing terms with project teams to secure the best commercial conditions for the company.
- Launching Projects: Coordinate internal resources to ensure projects are listed and launched smoothly and securely.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in the cryptocurrency industry (exchange, VC, project-side BD, etc.).
- Deep understanding of at least one sector: DeFi, GameFi, NFT, or public blockchains.
- Candidates with existing project resources and personal networks are highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to use English as a working language.
- Self-motivated, able to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
