Appen tuyển dụng nhân sự phát triển kinh doanh dịch vụ dữ liệu AI cho khách hàng doanh nghiệp tại APAC, làm việc từ xa. Vai trò này tập trung xây dựng quan hệ, phát triển khách hàng mới, chuyển đổi yêu cầu kỹ thuật thành đề xuất thương mại và phối hợp đội ngũ nội bộ để tối ưu dịch vụ. Thu nhập cạnh tranh, phúc lợi, cơ hội làm việc cùng đội ngũ toàn cầu hàng đầu ngành AI.

Yêu cầu ứng viên có kinh nghiệm bán hàng B2B trong lĩnh vực AI/IT, thành tích chốt các hợp đồng lớn, kỹ năng tiếng Anh xuất sắc và sẵn sàng đi công tác khắp khu vực APAC. Ưu tiên kinh nghiệm với dịch vụ annotation, ML/LLM hoặc từng tiếp xúc quy trình đấu thầu doanh nghiệp lớn.

About Appen: Appen is a global leader in providing high-quality training data and data-platform solutions that power enterprise AI — from text/audio labeling to large-scale image/video annotation and LLM customization. Appen combines a scalable platform and managed services to deliver trusted datasets for leading AI programs and enterprise customers. They are seeking a Sales / Business Development professional to grow enterprise partnerships for their AI data services (data annotation, data collection, content moderation, etc.).

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and identify the client’s business needs for AI data services, and establish commercial relationships. Prospect, qualify, and manage inbound and outbound leads; build a strong, predictable sales funnel to achieve revenue targets and sales KPIs.
  2. Run consultative sales cycles with clients, translating technical requirements into commercial proposals (LLM projects, data platform subscriptions, managed annotation engagements).
  3. Partner with Solutions, Customer Success, Product, and Legal to create replicable offer packs and pricing for local markets. Work closely with project teams to ensure smooth delivery.
  4. Actively participate in industry events or exhibitions, client workshops; gather market intelligence and competitor activity.

What We're Looking For (Required)

  • AI/IT B2B sales experiences across APAC or located territory, sales leadership (managing teams and P&L responsibility) would be a big plus.
  • Proven track record selling complex AI data services or data solutions to large enterprises.
  • Strong APAC or located country network. Experience closing multi-million dollar deals and structuring long-term commercial relationships.
  • Excellent business English; additional APAC languages a plus.
  • Willingness to travel across the region.

Nice to Have

  • Direct experience selling data annotation, ML training data, or LLM customization services.
  • Exposure to procurement cycles at hyperscalers or large telcos/enterprises.
