Business Development Manager
Vị trí này làm việc từ xa cho công ty DeFi Aster tại khu vực APAC, tập trung điều hành chiến lược phát triển kinh doanh, mở rộng hợp tác với đối tác thanh khoản, các quỹ, market maker, trader VIP, cùng hỗ trợ tích hợp công nghệ và đại diện thương hiệu tại sự kiện ngành. Ứng viên sẽ nhận được chế độ đãi ngộ hấp dẫn và môi trường làm việc năng động cùng cộng đồng DeFi tiên phong.
Yêu cầu có 3 năm kinh nghiệm phát triển kinh doanh lĩnh vực crypto/Web3, từng hợp tác với đối tác market maker hoặc thanh khoản, hiểu rõ về phái sinh/futures, liên kết tốt với các nhóm kỹ thuật/sản phẩm, và có khả năng làm việc linh hoạt theo múi giờ APAC. Kỹ năng giao tiếp, xây dựng quan hệ là điều bắt buộc.
Role Overview
This role is highly execution-driven, focused on trading volume growth, liquidity onboarding, and key relationship management across the crypto ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute business development strategy to drive trading volume and liquidity growth
- Manage and expand relationships with:
- Market makers
- Prop desks
- Funds
- HFT firms
- Copy traders
- High-volume VIPs
- Projects with potential collaboration needs
- Own and drive liquidity onboarding, including MM integration and ongoing relationship management
- Work closely with product and technical teams to support partner integrations (CEX futures and DEX differ technically, but strong understanding of one side and integration details is required)
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and summits
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on BD progress and results
Requirements
- Highly self-motivated, results-driven, proactive, and hands-on
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- 3+ years of business development experience in crypto / Web3 / related fields
- Solid experience in:
- Market maker / liquidity partnerships
- VIP or institutional trading relationships
- Commercial negotiations and partnerships
- Strong understanding of derivatives / futures trading
- Able to collaborate and attend meetings aligned with APAC time zones
Nice to Have
- Experience working with early-stage or fast-growing teams
- Prior exposure to both CEX and DEX trading environments
- Existing network with MMs, quant funds, or liquidity institutions
