Dify tuyển dụng vị trí phát triển kinh doanh tại khu vực Đông Nam Á, làm việc từ xa với mức thu nhập cạnh tranh (lương cứng + hoa hồng/thưởng). Ứng viên sẽ chịu trách nhiệm mở rộng thị trường, xây dựng chiến lược bán hàng, phát triển quan hệ đối tác, quản lý pipeline khách hàng doanh nghiệp, hỗ trợ khách hàng trải nghiệm giải pháp AI của Dify.

Yêu cầu ứng viên có 3-5 năm kinh nghiệm mảng SaaS B2B hoặc phát triển kinh doanh, ưu tiên hiểu biết kỹ thuật về AI, APIs, workflow phần mềm. Tiếng Anh và Bahasa Malaysia thành thạo, biết tiếng Trung là điểm cộng lớn. Ứng viên cần chủ động, thích hợp môi trường startup linh hoạt, mạng lưới ngành công nghệ APAC là lợi thế.

The Role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to lead our expansion into Singapore, Malaysian and Indonesian markets. As our first key commercial hire in the region, you will play a pivotal role in defining our local Go-To-Market strategy. You will drive the adoption of Dify’s enterprise solutions among regional tech startups, SMEs, and large enterprises undergoing digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Market Expansion & Strategy:
    • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to establish Dify’s presence in APAC.
    • Identify high-potential sectors (e.g., Fintech, Manufacture, e-Commerce, Public Sector) where GenAI adoption can drive immediate value.
    • Act as the "voice of the market," providing feedback to our product team on local requirements, language support (e.g., Bahasa Malaysia nuances), and compliance needs.
  2. Enterprise Sales & Revenue Growth:
    • Build and manage a robust pipeline of leads for Dify Enterprise tiers.
    • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing deals.
    • Conduct high-level product demos and technical presentations to C-level executives, CTOs, and Product Managers.
  3. Partnership Ecosystem:
    • Forge strategic partnerships with local System Integrators (SIs), Cloud Service Providers (CSPs), and AI consultancies to scale Dify’s implementation reach.
    • Represent Dify at local tech conferences, developer meetups, and AI forums in Kuala Lumpur and the wider region.
  4. Client Success:
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to early adopters, ensuring they achieve "Time to Value" quickly with Dify.
    • Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve client issues and ensure smooth onboarding.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, Business Development, or Account Management. Experience selling AI, Cloud, or Developer Tools is highly preferred.
  • Technical Aptitude: You must be comfortable discussing LLMs, APIs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and software workflows with technical stakeholders.
  • Network: Existing relationships with decision-makers in the APAC tech ecosystem or enterprise sector.
  • Language: Professional fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong plus.
  • Mindset: A self-starter who thrives in a remote/hybrid startup environment.
