Business Development Manager (Data, Cloud, Integration & Analytics)
Vị trí này thuộc công ty Evolution Singapore, làm việc từ xa tại Việt Nam, với vai trò phát triển kinh doanh giải pháp Data, Cloud, Integration & Analytics; đại diện nền tảng Confluent, tự chủ xây dựng đội nhóm và chiến lược thị trường. Ứng viên sẽ phụ trách tìm kiếm khách hàng mới, xây dựng mối quan hệ với khách doanh nghiệp, tổ chức workshop, demo, phối hợp với nhóm kỹ thuật và mở rộng hệ sinh thái đối tác. Thu nhập cạnh tranh, cơ hội phát triển lâu dài cùng phát triển thị trường Việt Nam từ đầu.
Ứng viên cần có tối thiểu 7 năm bán giải pháp công nghệ, kinh nghiệm với các nền tảng streaming/data như Apache Kafka, ESB, MQ, khả năng tiếng Anh xuất sắc, từng chốt deal với khách hàng cấp cao và xây dựng thị trường mới. Ưu tiên người có tư duy chiến lược, tự chủ và từng triển khai thành công chu trình bán giải pháp cho doanh nghiệp lớn.

Our client is a regional value-added distributor specializing in reselling Confluent products and event streaming/data-in-motion solutions. This is their first country hire, offering the opportunity to establish the business locally and shape the go-to-market strategy from the ground up. The role is remote-first, with full autonomy to build local presence, expand teams, and grow market share. You will serve as the in-country lead, representing Confluent’s platform and driving adoption across enterprise clients and partners.
Job Description
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across enterprise accounts, particularly in BFSI, telecom, manufacturing, and digital-native sectors.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting, ecosystem leverage, and partner collaboration.
- Define and execute country-specific go-to-market strategies aligned with regional growth objectives.
- Manage and grow strategic accounts, ensuring renewals, expansions, and long-term adoption of solutions.
- Develop trusted relationships with business leaders (CIO, CTO, CDO) and technical stakeholders (IT Architects, Data Engineers, Middleware leads).
- Position event streaming and data-in-motion technologies as enablers of real-time business transformation (use cases include fraud detection, payments, customer 360, IoT, CDC, and microservices modernization).
- Lead discovery workshops, tailored demos, proposals, and enterprise-level negotiations.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and customer success teams to maximize value delivery.
- Drive joint go-to-market initiatives with ecosystem partners such as cloud providers, GSIs, and SIs.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in enterprise IT solution and services sales with a proven track record of quota achievement.
- Strong background in data/streaming platforms such as Apache Kafka (Confluent or any distribution), ESB, MQ, iPaaS, databases, analytics, observability, or cloud-native streaming services.
- Familiarity with streaming-led use cases: real-time customer 360, payments & fraud detection, change data capture (CDC), microservices modernization, mainframe offload, IoT/telemetry.
- Fluent English communication, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience handling regional/global accounts is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex enterprise sales cycles and close high-value deals.
- Proven track record engaging and influencing CXO-level stakeholders.
- Strong hunting and consultative selling skills, combined with long-term account management experience.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to build local business playbooks and lead country-specific growth.
- Self-driven, resilient, and comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Executive presence with credibility across business and technical audiences.
