Good problem-solving, can take a technical problem, break it down into manageable chunks, and execute.<br><br></div><div>Will be responsible for communicating with internal and external teams to win buy-in, explain issues, and communicate progress.</div><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul> <li>Implementing conversion tracking (forms, buttons, e-commerce, and anything else)</li> <li>Verifying &amp; sanity-checking conversion tracking implementation </li> <li>Debugging tracking issues and fixing them</li> <li>Checking issues with test measurement on Google Optimize, VWO, Optimizely, Hotjar </li> <li>Creating any customized reports from Analytics and other sources</li> </ul><h3>Skills, Knowledge and Expertise</h3><ul> <li>At least 2 years of experience in managing Google Tags (GTM) for web properties by overseeing implementation, coding, testing, and conducting ongoing maintenance.</li> <li>At least 2 years of experience with website analytics tools i.e. Google Analytics, GA3/GA4.</li> <li>Basic knowledge of JavaScript.</li> <li>Proven experience in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Amplitude with a strong understanding of digital analytics and web traffic metrics. </li> <li>Good-level knowledge in Web Analytics (strategy, requirements, implementation, validation, reporting), specifically with Google Analytics.</li> <li>Working knowledge of third-party tagging, pixel creation, etc.</li> <li>Experience in transitioning GA accounts from UA to GA4.</li> <li>Fluent in spoken and written English communication.</li> </ul><h3>Benefits</h3><ul> <li>Cutting-edge work: Learn from the leaders in the high-growth Conversion Rate Optimization sector.</li> <li>Work location: Permanently remote.</li> <li>Full-time position with semi-flexible working hours: Must overlap for at least 4 hours each day with EST (usually 8 AM to 12 NN ET).
